CVS Health is offering a structured internship pathway for U.S. non‑accredited foreign graduates to complete required internship hours, pass licensure exams, and prepare for a Pharmacist role in CVS pharmacy locations.

You’ll work under a preceptor, learn SOPs, and contribute to patient care while building leadership and business acumen across the market. Successful candidates complete the 18‑month internship and will pursue licensure with support from the district leadership, gaining hands‑on

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non‑U.S. Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning U.S. Non‑Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• FPGEC certification
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of U.S. Intern hours
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and Technicians
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive‑thru, and over the phone
• Counsel patients and collect medical history as appropriate under supervision
• Assist with telephonic prescriptions and clarifications where allowed by state regulation
• Mentor and coach pharmacy team members
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety
• Deliver immunization and point‑of‑care testing services where allowed by law

Education

FPGEC certification

Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing U.S. Intern hours
