Job summary

CVS Health in the United States invites Foreign Graduates to join our U.S. Non‑Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program.

You’ll complete an internship with a structured learning plan to prepare for pharmacist licensure within about 18 months, under a licensed preceptor, while contributing to pharmacy operations. Under state supervision, you’ll fill prescriptions, assist patients, participate in immunizations and patient care, and develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate from a non-U.S. college or school of pharmacy entering a training program.
• FPGEC certification required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing U.S. Intern hours.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in patient health management and SOP adherence.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Counsel patients and gather medical history information to support optimal care.
• Support immunizations and additional patient health services where permitted by law.
