Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience scaling data operations, implementing process improvements, and optimizing product delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of data product delivery.
• Act as the first point of contact for delivery issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business development, technology teams, customer success, and clients.
• Track customer-reported issues from initial report through to final resolution.
• Design, implement, and document scalable operational processes.
