Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary interface with clients for development projects, ensuring client needs are met throughout the lifecycle and supporting BD in RFP processes.

You will manage client communications on quality, budget and delivery, lead project schedules, coordinate internal teams, and seek opportunities to expand revenue within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Technical discipline.
• Advanced degree in Business is desirable.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a project or business management role, pharmaceutical industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and delivery of strategic customer programs on site.
• Manage client communications regarding quality, budget and delivery; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed project plans and meeting minutes using standard templates and processes.
• Develop and update project schedules for all assigned projects with attention to regulatory requirements.
• Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and support BD in pursuing them.
