Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks an experienced Project Manager within the Capital Delivery group of Pharma Technical Operations Technology to lead large and complex facility/equipment improvement projects in the US and possibly international sites. You will build and guide project teams, maintain schedule, control scope, and ensure alignment with the business case and funding plans.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in biotech/pharma project delivery, including 5+ years managing

Qualifications

B.S. in engineering, architectural or construction with 10+ years successfully managing projects in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
5+ years managing large, complex projects, some international.
Proven expertise applying advanced project management tools and methodologies.
Broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines with depth in Roche core manufacturing tech.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex facility/equipment improvement projects within US network (and potentially international sites).
Build and lead project teams, manage scope and schedule, ensure execution against business case.
Present to Steering Committee and engage site leadership, finance and sponsors during funding requests.
