Travel >50% and potential international assignments are expected. The position reports to the Head of Project Delivery US and demands strong collaboration across functions and senior management.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in biotech/pharmaceutical project management.
• At least 5 years leading large, complex projects (>$200M).
• Willingness to travel >50% and possible international assignment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAPEX project(s) from initiation to commissioning and delivery.
• Build and manage a matrixed, high-performing project team.
• Align with GMP manufacturing objectives and Roche leadership standards.
• Travel to project sites and support other projects across the USA.
