Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Supervisor in Easton, PA to lead the Global Quality Lab team. You will oversee PER logistics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across global operations.

Responsibilities include directing laboratory staff, prioritizing workloads, and partnering with QA, Application Engineering, and Sales to deliver high-quality products. A strong background in quality systems and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance with laboratory/incident management background.
• Proven ability to manage teams and processes in a structured environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for lab operations and technical staff.
• Oversee daily lab operations and prioritization of work.
• Manage PER logistics from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure timely PER review and remove bottlenecks; standardize workflows.
• Communicate findings to QA, Application Eng., and Sales.
• Develop and manage KPIs for lab operations.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of lab activities and results.
• Implement corrective action programs based on quality data.
