Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, seeks a Manager, Global Product Quality to lead a worldwide quality team onsite at our Easton headquarters. This role focuses on managing customer-facing quality issues, PER, CCD, and MTR processes, and serves as the primary interface with customers, sales, and engineering.

The position supports new product development through beta testing, design reviews, and robust issue resolution, with 10–20% travel and relocation offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of quality professionals with regular 1:1s and career development.
• Oversee PER, CCD, and MTR processes end-to-end for product quality.
• Coordinate change control activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with customers, sales, and engineering on quality concerns.
• Lead beta testing and support for new product development and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards for executive reporting.
