Job summary

Provectus is seeking a People & Talent Partner to lead HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives across Latam and North America. You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build talent pipelines while promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will support HR policies, performance reviews, and employee relations, ensure compliance for SOC/ISO audits, and drive employee development and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to company values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and talent strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across LATAM (Colombia and Costa Rica) and North America (USA and Canada).
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and university relations.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR compliance and support audits (SOC, ISO).
• Support employee development and learning goals; organize engagement activities.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through feedback and surveys.
