You will collaborate with HR teams, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate employee records while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience with HR systems, case management, and lifecycle processes.
• Degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex or escalated People Services requests.
• Handle HR inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Guide Employees on HR policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence for compliant resolution.
• Maintain detailed HR transaction records in systems.
• Support SOP improvements and system testing.
