Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Specialist, People Services to join our global People Services Hub and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will resolve complex HR inquiries, manage employee transactions, and assist with onboarding and offboarding while delivering a high-quality service.

Collaborate with teams across People, drive process improvements, and serve as a trusted resource for HR processes and policies.
