Job summary

EngFlow, Inc. is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead our People Ops team during maternity leave coverage from late November through early May. This fully remote, international role requires hands-on leadership and strong HR execution.

You will manage HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, oversee compensation cycles, benefits, payroll, and events, and ensure global compliance while partnering with finance and external providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive People Operations/HR Generalist experience, with prior experience managing direct reports.
• Global remote experience with a distributed team (~75+ employees).
• Experience running annual compensation cycles, rewards programs, and navigating business insurance renewals.
• Experience guiding high-level event planning or logistics (e.g., company retreats/summits).
• Familiarity with modern HRIS, global EOR tools (e.g., Deel), and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the People Ops team (Recruiter and Admin) and oversee daily HR operations.
• Coordinate annual compensation cycle, salary benchmarking, and bonus distributions.
• Manage global HR compliance, benefits, payroll, and external providers.
• Plan and oversee company-wide events and retreats.
