Job summary

TULU is seeking a People & Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a global, multi-entity company. You will own the employee experience end to end—from first screening to last day—and oversee payroll, benefits, offices, and travel across locations.

You will report to the COO/CFO and collaborate with the CEO and department managers, ensuring records, contracts, and finance requests are handled accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, people operations/HR, office management, executive support, finance, or a similar generalist role
• Experience across the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, payroll & benefits, offboarding
• Fluency with AI tools and an instinct for using them to take manual work out of a process
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, screening, offers, onboarding, and HR records.
• Manage global payroll and benefits across multiple countries.
• Oversee offices, travel, events, and celebrations to support a distributed team.
• Assist COO/CFO with legal, finance, and compliance tasks and liaise with outside counsel, insurers, and auditors.
• Prepare and run leadership meetings, all-hands, and board materials.
