Job summary

Bending Spoons in the United States is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our team. You’ll help manage global administrative operations and play a key role in onboarding, policy enforcement, and cross-border processes with AI-enabled tools.

You’ll work with small autonomous teams, grow professionally, and receive relocation support, competitive compensation, and a strong benefits package as the company acquires and optimizes new businesses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream and due diligence.
• Steer the people side of administrative operations for acquisitions, reorganisations and share plans.
• Stay updated on workplace laws and regulations across jurisdictions with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to develop employee welfare initiatives and benefits.
• Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, with automation and AI-enabled tools.
