Colgate-Palmolive's Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a Global Project Coordinator to manage localization of global campaigns across 50+ languages from our Overland Park office. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between central marketing and regional teams, ensuring brand tone and regulatory compliance in all markets.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will own trackers, timelines, and asset adaptation while coordinating with translation vendors and cross-functional teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years in project management, account management, creative operations, localization in marketing.
• Experience managing international creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage global project workflow for marketing localization across regions.
• Oversee asset adaptation and scale to ~75 languages while preserving brand consistency.
• Collaborate with regional teams to capture requirements and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor status, dependencies and deadlines.
• Streamline feedback between creative, marketing, translation vendors and regions.
• Coordinate QA and compliance with regional teams and rights manager.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality.
