Shield AI is seeking a Senior PX Program Manager to drive delivery and adoption of high-impact people initiatives across the organization. You will partner with PX leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute complex programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate the employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep program and change management expertise, proven execution in fast-paced environments, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or organizational development.
• 8+ years leading complex programs, transformations, or change initiatives in HR/ PX environments.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and multi-workstream execution skills.
• Hands-on change management design, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training.
• Experience with PX/HR initiatives such as performance management and employee experience programs.
• Ability to use data (surveys, adoption metrics, KPIs) to inform design and decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.
• Ability to bring structure and operating rigor to ambiguous environments.
• Experience building scalable program frameworks or playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing management of PX initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures with PX leaders.
• Maintain integrated program plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Identify process improvements to increase clarity, speed, or quality during execution.
• Design and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and leadership effectiveness.
• Assess readiness, develop communications and engagement plans, and minimize disruption.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution across workstreams.
• Provide executive-ready updates and dashboards; maintain action logs and risk registers.
• Build scalable PX structures, standards, and workflows for future initiatives.
