Job summary

Talk360 is seeking a People Lead to own the full employee journey, from attracting talent through development, rewards, and offboarding. You will shape culture and be the go-to for managers and staff on people matters.

As the sole HR lead reporting to the CEO, you will keep the growth framework relevant, ensure fair salaries, and drive internal communication across a multicultural, global team.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years HR experience across the full lifecycle.
• 5+ years HR experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Experience with career frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking.
• Strong internal communication skills for a multicultural audience.

Responsibilities

• Run the full employee lifecycle end-to-end: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, engagement and offboarding.
• Be the go-to person for managers and employees on people-related questions.
• Keep the career growth framework relevant as the organisation evolves.
• Ensure salaries stay fair and aligned with the market.
• Keep us compliant without slowing us down.
• Serve as a sounding board for CEO and Executive Team on people topics.
• Own internal communication and ensure clarity of direction across teams.
• Translate signals from the organisation into input for the Executive Team.
