Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic people analytics projects across global workforce topics, including recruitment, retention, turnover, internal mobility, succession, performance, compensation, diversity, absenteeism, overtime, retirement risk, and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate business and HR challenges into structured analytical problem statements, define hypotheses, select suitable methods, and communicate findings clearly.
• Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in workforce data.
• Consult and challenge stakeholders with evidence-based insights, linking analytics to business context.
• Build compelling narratives and visualizations for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and R.
• Ensure outputs rely on robust methodologies and standard definitions for people analytics.
• Manage analytics projects end-to-end, including scoping, prioritization, and implementation support.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to align data sources and reporting logic globally.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for people analytics and contribute to continuous improvement.
