GE HealthCare in Chicago, IL seeks an Executive - Global PCS FP&A Leader to drive all financial planning and reporting for the Patient Care Solutions segment ($3B global business). You will lead a seven-person team and partner with PCS leadership to enable strategic decision making and long-range planning.
This role owns earnings prep, budget cycles, operating reviews, and investment/capital allocation, with a focus on automating reporting and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
The Executive - Global PCS FP&A Leader will be responsible for all financial planning and reporting of the Patient Care Solutions segment ($3B global business). This includes external reporting, budget/long-term strategy, structuring/implementing segment operating mechanisms, and partnering with PCS CEO/staff to enable decision making. The role will lead a team of seven professionals.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
