Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based electronics manufacturing partner, seeks an executive Director of Global Supply Chain – PCBA Supply Planning to lead material planning and allocation strategies for the PCBA business unit.

You will translate volatile forecasts into executable production plans, own global allocation, and supervise a team of supply planners to ensure unconstrained factory builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years electronics hardware supply planning or material management experience.
• 5+ years leading high-scale planning or demand-supply teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP and translate forecasts into multi-tier supply roadmaps.
• Own global PCBA CTB framework and real-time readiness visibility.
• Drive shortage mitigation, buffer stocking, and allocation strategies.
