Job summary

Solen Software Group is seeking a Payroll Transformation Specialist to support payroll operations, integrations, and process improvement across the portfolio. You will work with data and build reliable processes, and you do not need to be an expert in every country.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience supporting acquisitions or a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll administration or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, payroll conversions, or a global workforce.
• Excellent organization, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and clearly communicate findings.
• Comfort working across multiple companies, countries, currencies, and time zones.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential payroll information.
• A practical, responsive, and service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations and integrations across Solen and portfolio companies.
• Coordinate payroll implementations, provider transitions, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile employee payroll data.
• Review payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with new hires, terminations, compensation changes, deductions, taxes, and one-time payments.
• Identify and resolve payroll issues accurately and on time.
