Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on payroll tax experience across US and Canadian payroll, with international experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience configuring payroll tax rules in an enterprise ERP (Workday Payroll preferred).
• Experience with third-party tax filing providers and reconciliations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain payroll tax rules in Workday Payroll and test changes in sandbox before production release.
• Run payroll tax processing and reporting across weekly, bi-weekly, and international payroll cycles, including multi-state and international employees.
• Verify accuracy after each payroll with parallel reconciliations and reconcile payroll tax liabilities weekly.
• Resolve legacy tax discrepancies and close out historical imbalances.
• Lead quarter-end and year-end tax processes and audits (W-2s, T4s, Form 941-X).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Tax, Engineering, and People Operations to deliver reporting and analysis.
