Job summary

Wesco seeks a Lead Administrator for Global payroll process & tax to support payroll compliance across international entities. You will partner with the Payroll Director and Global Payroll Manager to minimize risks and improve tax reporting accuracy.

You will help research, design and implement payroll processes in new countries, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive audits and improvements in payroll tax operations.

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree or college diploma required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and multi-country payroll tax knowledge.
• Experience as payroll analyst or tax analyst in a complex global payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in ADP Celergo and expert Excel skills.
• Experience contributing to payroll implementations or country rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead international payroll tax processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support design, setup and implementation of payroll operations in target countries.
• Research, design and set up payroll processes and tax structures in new countries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless international payroll rollouts.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve compliance risks.
• Resolve payroll tax discrepancies promptly and improve processes for efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and liaise with external vendors.
• Collaborate with HR/finance to maintain payroll tax records and deductions.
• Apply for new tax IDs in new jurisdictions with internal/external partners.
