Global Payments is seeking a Payroll Administrator II to join our payroll team and support end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles, ensuring accurate and on-time pay for the workforce in Columbus, GA.

You will audit timekeeping records, process adjustments, maintain HRIS data, and assist with payroll compliance, audits, and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, service-mindedness, and teamwork in a global payments environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, HRIS, payroll operations, or related experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with large data sets.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: 4+ years in a multi-state or multi-entity environment.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and garnishment processing.
• Experience supporting inquiries in shared services, HR, payroll, or benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles and ensure on-time pay.
• Review timekeeping records, process adjustments, and maintain payroll data.
• Assist with payroll compliance activities, including garnishments and tax levies.
