Job summary

TriNetX is seeking a Payroll Administrator responsible for accurate and timely processing of all payroll activities for U.S. and international employees.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while partnering with Finance, HR and Operations in a fast-paced, scaling organization. You will manage weekly and monthly payroll cycles, validate timesheets and deductions, reconcile outputs, and support tax reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and wage/hour standards.
• Experience with modern payroll software (ADP, Dayforce, Vistra Global).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll for U.S. and international employees; coordinate cycles.
• Validate timesheets, deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll outputs and support month-end close entries.
