Silicon Valley Search Group is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for 800–850 employees. You will process multi-state and international payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.

You will review earnings, deductions, taxes and benefits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with HR, Finance and Accounting to deliver precise payroll reporting.

• Experience with multi-state and international payroll.
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations and tax requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 800–850 employees.
• Process accurate and timely multi-state and international payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.
• Review and reconcile payroll data, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity.
• Support payroll operations during system implementation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency and accuracy.
