Job summary

Silicon Valley Search Group is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for 800–850 employees. You will process multi-state and international payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.

You will review earnings, deductions, taxes and benefits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with HR, Finance and Accounting to deliver precise payroll reporting.

• Experience processing multi-state and international payroll.
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous payroll system implementation experience is a plus, but not required.
