• Working knowledge of payroll accounting concepts and controls.
• Experience with Vantage or ADP payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely payroll services according to calendars and compliance requirements.
• Maintain payroll records, process updates, and respond to employee inquiries.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle year-end reporting including W-2s and W-2c, and support international payroll as needed.
