Job summary

Remote is hiring a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant to join its Go-To-Market Solutions Consulting team. You will help launch and expand Remote’s Global Payroll offering, shaping GTM efforts and delivering value to clients.

The role requires deep payroll knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work across a distributed team in a fast-paced environment. Travel is expected; remote-friendly with US-AMER focus.

Qualifications

• Payroll knowledge across multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance, filings, wage/hour rules, onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience consulting on global payroll processes, uncover client needs, build relationships, deliver recommendations.
• Sales processes and cycles in a SaaS/tech-enabled service environment.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to HR and executives.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate software solutions quickly.
• Team player, cross-functional collaboration in a distributed team.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• HR/payroll certifications are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of competitive payroll products and payroll landscape is a plus.
• Knowledge of PEO service models is a plus.
• Fluent English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll Sales to shape go-to-market strategies for Remote's Global Payroll solution.
• Be SME on Global Payroll services, stay updated on product features and industry trends.
• Communicate value through demos, proposals, and client-tailored presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales collateral and playbooks for Global Payroll.
• Translate client needs into a clear scope of work for the Implementation team.
• Educate Solutions Consulting and Sales on Global Payroll technical components and value proposition.
• Provide market-driven feedback to Product to align with customer needs.
