Job summary

The Bachrach Group is recruiting for an International Payroll Supervisor to lead complex payroll operations across multiple countries, with a focus on US and Europe. You will partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of international payroll experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of global payroll laws. This role offers exposure to Workday HCM and cross-border payroll initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international payroll experience across multiple countries.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 2+ years of Workday HCM or comparable global payroll system experience.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll laws, tax regulations, labor requirements, and social security programs.
• Experience with international tax treaties, tax equalization, expatriate payroll and/or shadow payroll.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across geographies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead international payroll processing, reconciliation, auditing, and compliance across multiple countries, with a primary focus on U.S. and European payroll
• Serve as the subject matter expert for international payroll, tax, and compliance matters
• Manage complex issues involving international tax treaties, tax equalization, expatriate payroll, and shadow payroll
• Partner with international payroll vendors and expatriate payroll teams
• Support U.S. payroll operations as needed
• Develop and improve payroll policies, SOPs, processes, and controls
• Lead payroll-related projects and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local tax, labor, social security, and statutory requirements
• Provide guidance and oversight to payroll team members
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive payroll and employee information

What We’re Looking For
