Job summary

Rippling is seeking a seasoned product leader to scale its Global Payroll platform for international enterprise customers. You will design intuitive experiences for complex payroll workflows and define agentic capabilities powered by AI.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform enhancements while engaging directly with customers to surface high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent founder experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
• Track record of turning complex systems into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals.
• Deep customer empathy and strong product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences that simplify complex payroll and enterprise workflows.
• Define and build agentic payroll capabilities powered by AI.
• Partner with engineering and design to develop scalable platform capabilities.
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payments, HRIS, Benefits, Time, Spend, Compliance, and other product areas to deliver major platform enhancements.
• Drive product strategy and execution for highly reliable, compliant, and scalable systems.
