Job summary

Rippling, based in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a Product Lead for Payroll to orchestrate the next generation of intelligent payroll workflows within its unified platform. This role focuses on building agentic payroll capabilities and simplifying complex enterprise processes while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

You will partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable capabilities and work directly with customers to identify high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent founder experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with bias toward action.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences for payroll and enterprise workflows.
• Define and build agentic payroll capabilities powered by AI.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scale platform capabilities.
• Engage customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Payments, HRIS, Benefits, Time, Spend, Compliance, and other areas to deliver platform enhancements.
• Drive strategy and execution for highly reliable and compliant systems.
