Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to assist operational teams in delivering timely payroll services across multiple clients. You will provide functional support, guidance during implementations and maintain essential process documentation.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and collaborative communication to ensure SLA attainment and compliant, smooth payroll executions within a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business-related field or equivalent
• 3-4 years relevant payroll administration experience
• Expert knowledge of payroll processes and legislation

Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client engagement; ensure information is accurate and timely
• Provide guidance for implementations and go-live events
• Deliver daily functional support to payroll teams for successful deliveries
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook
• Update and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process docs
• Sign-off on System Maintenance Testing
• Review Statements of Works before sharing with Client
• Resolve technical/functional issues and log tickets with evidence
• Collaborate with Operations, Transformation and Products on automation and improvements
• Manage legislation roadmap and upskill team for changes
• Support Year End activities
• Handle sensitive/confidential information
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Assist Management with escalations and lessons learned
• Upskill team through training and coaching
• Adhere to STRADA Security Standards
• Record time accurately and on time
• Participate in team meetings and raise issues to Operations Manager
• Stay updated with STRADA announcements
• Build relationships across lines of business
• Participate in projects as needed
