Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a payroll specialist to support operations and ensure timely delivery of payrolls for clients. The role requires expertise in French payroll processes, strong MS Office skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work with operational management to implement automation and upskill staff, while maintaining documentation and handling client escalations in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a business-related field is required.
• 3–4 years experience administering payroll in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Expert knowledge of French payroll processes and French legislation.
• Good level of French (min. B2) and English.
• HRIS knowledge preferred (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Payroll certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance for implementations and go-lives.
• Daily functional support to payroll teams for delivery of payrolls.
• Maintain Client Solution workbook and process documentation.
• Review Statements of Works for client fit and purpose.
• Log and track system issues with evidence for internal resolution.
• Collaborate with Management, Transformation, and Products on automation and improvements.
• Upskill team members and support client escalations.
