Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Payroll Core team in the United States to own the design and roadmap for payroll frameworks, calculation engines, and AI-powered agent experiences. You will ensure each feature delivers meaningful value for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will learn Workday Payroll in depth, collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives across engineering, UX, QA, and content to ship compelling payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for SaaS or cloud enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Learn Workday Payroll in depth and identify opportunities for product feature development.
• Apply AI tools and large language models to accelerate development and workflows.
• Collaborate with executives and other product teams to align on the roadmap and timelines.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Content teams to coordinate development and rollout of new experiences.
• Build metrics to measure efficiency of experiences and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct meetings with external customers to translate insights into requirements and vision.
