Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own payroll across 700+ employees worldwide, spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of HR, finance, and compliance.

You will manage semi-monthly and monthly payroll for US, Canada, UK, and India, ensure tax compliance, drive automation, and partner with HR and Finance on labor cost planning, while upholding data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with multi-currency payroll and FX considerations.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax laws and regulatory reporting; UK/India payroll knowledge a plus.
• Hands-on experience with timesheet systems, labor cost segmentation, and payroll journal entries.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for NAM and APAC regions.
• Oversee payroll compliance, tax filings, withholdings, and multi-state registrations.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities in partnership with HR and Finance.
• Drive payroll automation, data integrity, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Lead payroll components of internal and external audits.
