Job summary

Pacvue, a leader in commerce media OS, seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Payroll to lead US payroll and HRIS operations. You will ensure timely bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, and partner with Finance, HR and Treasury to scale processes using AI-enabled insights.

You will drive data integrity in HRIS, build scalable workflows, and mentor teams across regions, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading a major function or department.
• Strategic planning and long-range execution experience.
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead US payroll operations (bi-weekly, off-cycle, incentives).
• Maintain expertise in US payroll tax regulations for compliance.
• Partner with Benefits to manage life events and contributions.
• Process off-cycle payouts: severance, spot bonuses, COBRA reimbursements.
• Oversee exempt/non-exempt payroll, validate hours and timecards.
• Prepare W-2s and coordinate tax filings with ADP.
