Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead a payroll team processing payroll for about 500 employees across 7 countries. You will partner with HR, IS and GL to ensure accuracy, automation and timely accounting while upholding SOX controls.

This role requires 8–10 years in payroll with international experience, hands-on ADP/Workforce Now and Workday HCM expertise, and strong Excel and leadership skills. On-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of payroll experience, including international/global payroll, with team management.
• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ADP/Workforce Now and Workday HCM.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Payroll team responsible for payroll processing for roughly 500 employees across 7 countries globally.
• Provide direction to the payroll organization with a focus on driving process efficiencies.
• Develop, train and coach direct reports within the payroll team.
• Partner with HR, IS and GL Accounting departments to ensure payroll accuracy and automation between Workday and providers.
• Ensure earnings, deductions, taxes and benefits are set up correctly and that fundings are completed timely and accurately.
• Perform and document quarterly audits to reconcile payments and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Work with payroll providers or tax authorities to address tax notices and keep accounts in good standing.
• Maintain SOX-compliant payroll processes and respond to audit inquiries.
• Oversee year-end processes for tax forms distribution.
• Review employee tax records quarterly to prevent amendments.
