Job summary

Craig Bradford Associates, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to lead the payroll team and partners in the Philadelphia, PA office. You will oversee payroll processing for ~500 employees across 7 countries, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

You will drive process improvements, manage vendor relationships (ADP and global partners), ensure SOX-compliant controls, and partner with HR, IS and GL to optimize payroll systems like Workday and related services.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of payroll experience, incl. international/global payroll and team management.
• Advanced knowledge of ADP/Workforce Now and Workday HCM.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Payroll team responsible for payroll processing for ~500 employees across 7 countries.
• Provide direction to payroll with a focus on process efficiencies.
• Develop, train and coach direct reports in the payroll team.
• Collaborate with HR, IS and GL to ensure payroll accuracy and automation with Workday and providers.
• Ensure earnings, deductions, taxes and benefits are set up correctly and funds are processed timely.
• Confirm compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements and SOX controls.
• Oversee year-end tax forms distribution and quarterly tax record reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships with ADP and global payroll partners.
