Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an HR Payroll Professional in Clayton, NC to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and to act as a bridge between employees and third-party payroll vendors. The role includes coordinating payroll system implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling offboarding with attention to data security.

You will work on complex payroll projects globally, support various pay policies, and grow within a dynamic, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on working knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global, regional, and local payroll laws and compliance.
• Experience interfacing with third-party payroll vendors and implementing payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time per payroll calendar.
• Manage deductions, benefits, taxes and employee data.
• Coordinate third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and withholding exemptions.
• Handle offboarding tasks and related processes.
• Maintain data security and privacy per GDPR, SOC 1, ISO 27001 standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
