Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with an automated payroll system, preferably Ceridian DayForce.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic accounting principles required.
• Experience in all facets of Payroll & Benefits Administration.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and extremely detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage full payroll cycle, bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliantly.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Prepare and review payroll reports and reconciliations.
