Job summary

Contentstack seeks a Sr Global Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll for US and ROW. You’ll manage multi-system data flows (ADP, Oyster, Activpayroll) and partner with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to ensure tax compliance and accurate payroll processing across regions.

You’ll leverage AI tools in your day-to-day work and contribute to scalable, compliant payroll operations in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in ADP.
• Experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll and Activpayroll.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to translate payroll/tax concepts for stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across Finance, Legal and People Ops.
• Experience in AI-forward environments and using AI tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations for US and international entities.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage data/workflows across multiple payroll systems.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Benefits and Accounting for inputs.
• Own payroll tax filings, registrations, and audits.
• Drive process improvements to scale payroll engine.
• Resolve payroll tax notices with local authorities.
