Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Director, Global Payroll & HR Operations to lead the enterprise payroll for 15,000 teammates worldwide and modernize platforms. The role partners with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and Technology to build a scalable, digital payroll ecosystem.

You will drive governance, vendor strategy, and data-driven improvements across regions while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
• 12+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll and tax exposure.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational organization.
• Experience with global payroll platforms and tax compliance.
• Experience leading payroll transformations and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Lead a high-performing global payroll organization with clear goals and succession.
• Oversee payroll operations for 25+ countries, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Own payroll platforms roadmap and integration with ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Ensure SOX controls, audits, and risk remediation in payroll processes.
