Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will modernize and scale the workforce compensation infrastructure, transitioning functions to automated, scalable models. You'll own the payroll operating model and manage a small team while enhancing compliance and payroll controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Familiarity handling equity platforms like Shareworks.
• Strong track record of designing HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model.
• Manage and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports.
• Lead operational administration of employee equity in Shareworks.
• Identify and implement automation workflows to minimize manual data transfers.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to drive payroll platform consolidations.
• Strengthen compliance protocols, payroll controls, and documentation.
