Qualifications

• Direct familiarity handling equity platforms like Shareworks.
• Strong track record of designing HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end global payroll operating model across various employees types.
• Manage and develop a remote team of 2-3 direct reports.
• Identify and implement automation workflows to minimize manual data transfers.
