Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll, HR operations, or related leadership roles preferred.
• Deep expertise in payroll operations, payroll tax and accounting, wage-hour and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sets enterprise strategy for payroll, time & attendance, payroll tax & accounting, and related HR processes.
• Leads payroll transformation and modernization initiatives improving accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Oversees payroll governance, audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partners with HR & Operations to optimize workforce utilization, overtime management, and payroll accuracy.
• Leads optimization of Workday, time & attendance, payroll platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops payroll technology roadmaps with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
