Qualifications

• Bachelor in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of solid Payroll Processing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and software (UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations (FL, TX, MA, IL, NY).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience supporting audits and processing benefit deductions.
• Experience in education or similar industries.
• Strong communication and data-driven analytic skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple states.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees with adjustments.
• Audit payroll data and provide reporting to schools.
• Support payroll deductions, benefits, and related compliance.
• Prepare statutory reports and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance on controls and process improvements.
• Assist with payroll integration during acquisitions.
