Job summary

GQG Partners is seeking a Payroll & Accounting Manager to lead the administration of global payroll and compensation accounting. You will ensure accurate salaries, bonuses, and incentives across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers.

The role requires strong payroll and accounting expertise, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex processes in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work with Seattle, New York, or Fort Lauderdale offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in payroll accounting and general accounting concepts.
• Experience leading payroll processes in a complex organization.
• Experience with multi-state and global payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process global payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with global payroll providers to support accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records including taxes, deductions, and exemptions.
• Lead compensation-related activities, such as salary adjustments and bonuses.
• Prepare payroll-related financial reports and journal entries.
