Job summary

GQG Partners seeks a Payroll & Accounting Manager to oversee the firm's global payroll and compensation accounting processes. You will ensure salaries, bonuses, and incentives are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with policies and laws across multiple jurisdictions.

The role partners with Human Resources, Finance, external payroll providers, and auditors to support accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years in payroll/compensation accounting, multi-state/global payroll.
• Experience leading payroll processes in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process global payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with global payroll providers across France, UK, UAE, Australia, Japan, and more.
• Maintain payroll calendars, deadlines, and processing requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and journal entries for compensation.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations across jurisdictions.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide guidance.
