Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning payroll, equity administration, and related compliance across multiple states and countries.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and Carta, or comparable payroll, HRIS, and equity systems.
• Strong process-building mindset with documentation and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for U.S. and international employees and contractors.
• Manage equity workflows, including grants, vesting, and exercises.
• Oversee multi-state and international tax registrations and filings.
• Administer benefits programs, enrollments, and life events.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour and worker-classification rules.
